Peanut butter banana ice-cream

• 250 g banana (cut into pieces and frozen)
• 100 g smooth peanut butter
• 100 g coconut milk

1. Whiz all ingredients together.
2. Pop in freezer.

NOTE: Make sure your peanut butter is additive free. It only needs one or two ingredients (peanuts and maybe salt).
