At any time you can book in for a Fast Track Consult to review your family favourite meals and submit your weekly food diary. I recommend that this is usually done after you have completed the RESET course. However, if you have a pressing health or behavioural issue you may want to book this in at the beginning of your course. You can request a Fast Track consult in your portal menu or ask me in our private facebook group.
