Arnott’s Vita Wheat 9 Grain Crackers

INGREDIENTS (AS AT 27TH OCTOBER 2020):
Wholegrain (86%) (wheat, barley, rye, corn), seeds (6%) (canola, linseed, poppy, sunflower kernels), vegetable oil, salt, sugar, soy.

This originally was ranked as one of the better alternatives, until confirmation received regarding vegetable oil. Confirmation received from manufacturer 28th OCTOBER 2020:
"We do use potato starch as processing aids to perform as a technical function in manufacture, such as acting as a free flow agent, but have no function in the final biscuit. Ingredients that are derived from the most common allergens are always listed on pack, however potato starch is not common and MAY not be listed. There is antioxidants in the oils we use in Vita Weat 9 Grains. Currently there is ascorbyl palmitate 304, tocopherol (vitamin E), 307 and lecithin 322 in our oils."
As a result the ranking has been adjusted to include these additional ingredients and now is Avoid
