These rankings have been determined based on Frankie’s experience with these additives, her knowledge of ingredients from thousands of conversations with manufacturers.

The rankings are applied consistently across categories. These are Frankie’s opinions only.

4) Ingredients taken on face value

The rankings are determined based on the ingredients declared on the ingredients label. There is a risk that other additives or ultra processed ingredients may be used as processing aids. These are not required to be declared on the ingredients label.

5) Allergens

This information regarding allergens is intended as a guide only. Products change from time to time. Please read product labels before consuming. If you require specific information to assist with your purchasing decision, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer via the contact details on the packaging.

6) Product images
