Q. How do I get support from Frankie
Frankie is here to answer your questions personally. These questions are answered via our weekly sessions in our Private facebook group. Depending on the questions asked, these will either be live calls or answered direct as the questions arise.
These questions can be submitted here in the portal or in your private Facebook group.

Q. Where do I change my password?
You can update your password here. If you have any problems, just email info@additivefreekids.com.au and we’ll be able to help you out.
Q. How do I update my credit card?
Update your credit card details via PayPal.
Once done, please email info@additivefreekids.com.au to let us know and we’ll be able to update your membership subscription to the new credit card you’ve provided.

Q. How do I know when the Q&A is being held?
Frankie will put a call out towards the end of each week for your questions in the private facebook group.
Q. What if I can’t make the Q&A?
Don’t worry, if you can’t make the call live (not all of them will be live), all calls are posted into the facebook group so that you can watch them at any time. With so many different time zones across Australia, we find that this works best.
If you have a question just submit your question in the portal in the question form here or on the specific facebook post requesting questions and Frankie will be sure to answer it in a video or via email so that you can keep moving forward.

Q. How can I join the Facebook Group?
The Facebook Group is an exclusive private group for those participating in the AFK Program. This is the perfect place to discuss your progress weekly and to celebrate the wins!
You will receive an invitation to join the private Facebook group on your enrolment. Your Welcome Training will also include a link to the group for you.
Q. What are the House Rules for the Facebook Group?
No pitching, promoting or selling – please refrain from offering lead capture or paid offers in this Facebook group or sharing your own Facebook Pages or groups.
Keep it positive and helpful – we all know that it can be a hard transition but it is a battle worth fighting. We work by the principle of “if everyone did it, would it be ok?” It’s really important this group is positive and isn’t a place to vent, rage, share emotional issues or complain – I promise you, a good girlfriend face-to-face and a glass of red is a wonderful way to share and download after a big week.
