Q. How do I get support from Frankie
Frankie is here to answer your questions. . These questions are answered monthly and uploaded to the Portal so that you can watch them when suits you best. You can submit your question in the portal.
Q. Where do I change my password?
You can update your password here. If you have any problems, just email info@additivefreekids.com.au and we’ll be able to help you out.
Q. How do I update my credit card?
Update your credit card details via PayPal.
Once done, please email info@additivefreekids.com.au to let us know and we’ll be able to update your membership subscription to the new credit card you’ve provided.
Q. What happens if I choose to cancel my membership?
If you decide to cancel your membership, you’ll lose access to your current discounted price.
You’ll also lose access to all your AFK Portal benefits including monthly Q&A, Additive Free Recipes, Exclusive Additive Free Product Reviews and the Facebook Members-only Group.
To cancel, please provide 7 days written notice to info@additivefreekids.com.au.

No pitching, promoting or selling – please refrain from offering lead capture or paid offers in this Facebook group or sharing your own Facebook Pages or groups.
Keep it positive and helpful – we all know that it can be a hard transition but it is a battle worth fighting. We work by the principle of “if everyone did it, would it be ok?”
This group is an incredible place to get support, questions answered and share your wins.
